How Do I Open an Account?
There are two ways. Download ne10, enter your details and complete the investor appropriateness questionnaire, verify your identity with an NFC chip check and a video call, then approve the agreements in the app. Most applications are done in minutes.
If you'd rather open In person, fill in the "Call Me Back" form and our sales team will arrange to meet you. You sign the agreements at that meeting.
How Do Deposits and Withdrawals Work?
You send money by bank transfer (havale), EFT (interbank transfer) or FAST (instant transfer) from a bank account in your own name. To withdraw, give the instruction in the app. The money goes back to your own bank account.
What Are the Commission Rates?
You can find the latest fees and commissions for each product on our Fees and Commissions page. Before you confirm an order, you'll also see the applicable charges on screen.
What Is ne10?
ne10 is Neo Menkul’s investment app, where you can put your savings to work in stocks, mutual funds, warrants and US markets.
What Is the Web Branch?
It's your browser-based trading channel, so you can trade with no app download required. Start an action in ne10 and pick up where you left off in the Web Branch. Both channels use the same account, with your data kept in sync.
What Are the Trading Hours?
Shares on Borsa İstanbul (BIST), Türkiye's stock exchange, only trade during the session hours, and you can check the current times at https://www.borsaistanbul.com/piyasalar/pay-piyasasi/islem-saatleri.
US exchanges offer extended trading hours. In Türkiye time, these are: pre-market, 11:00–16:30; regular trading, 16:30–23:00; after-hours, 23:00–03:00; and overnight trading, 03:00–11:00.

Where Can I Find My Documents?
You can access your account statements and trade confirmations in ne10 and the Web Branch. Sample framework agreements and other information documents are available on the Ways to Open an Account page.
Who is Neo Menkul Değerler?
Following a change in ownership, Neo Menkul Değerler A.Ş. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Neo Yatırım Holding A.Ş. Following the share transfer, the Company’s capital was increased to TRY 650,000,000, which was registered on 14 April 2026.
Is Neo Menkul Değerler a licensed institution?
Neo Menkul Değerler operates under Türkiye’s capital markets legislation and is regulated by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK). The services we offer are limited to the scope of our authorisations. For further information about our licences and authorisations, please contact us.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Regulations require investment firms to verify their clients’ identities. This helps ensure that the account is really being opened in your name. In ne10, you can complete the process by scanning your ID card using NFC and verifying your identity during a video call.
How Are My Assets Held?
Neo Menkul is an investment firm regulated by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK). Your assets are held with authorised institutions and registered in your own name, separately from Neo Menkul’s own assets, in accordance with applicable regulations.
