Bu Ücret ve Komisyon Tarifesi’nde yer alan komisyon, faiz ve masraflar, uygulanacak azami tutar ve oranları göstermekte olup, Neo Menkul, Müşteri işlemlerine uyguladığı komisyon, faiz ve masraflarda, Müşteri bilgisi dahilinde bu tutar ve oranlara kadar değişiklik yapabilir. Bu tutar ve oranlarda yapılacak artırımlarda, Müşteri’ye Sözleşme hükümlerine uygun olarak bildirimde bulunulur.
Tüm komisyon ve ücretlere ilave olarak %5 BSMV tahsil edilir. Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu, Takasbank ve bankalara ödenen komisyon ve masraflar ile diğer vergi ve giderler Müşteri hesabına yansıtılır.

The lending commission rates to be paid to the lender and collected from the borrower are freely determined according to the maturity of the transaction and market conditions. A securities lending brokerage commission of 20% (twenty percent) of the freely determined lending commission is applied. A minimum commission of 500 TRY is charged.

Passed on if a charge is levied by the relevant institution.
Securities Transfer Fee
The amount charged by MKK, Takasbank, the Exchange and all authorized institutions.
Custody Fee
1‰ per year on the portfolio size (one per thousand)

The fee charged by courier companies is passed on.

So are the fees charged by Borsa İstanbul (BIST), Türkiye's stock exchange; Takasbank, Borsa İstanbul's clearing and settlement bank; and the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (MKK). These items are charged to your account under the applicable legislation and fee schedules.
When the fee schedule changes, the new rates are announced with their effective date. Your trade is charged under the fee schedule in force on the date you placed the order.
