How It Works
You can request an appointment through our call center.
Appointment
Call us or fill in the Call Me Back form. Your representative calls you back, and together you agree on where and when to meet.
Meeting and Documents
At the meeting, you show your ID and fill in the investor appropriateness questionnaire with your representative. Before the meeting, we let you know which documents you'll need.
Signing the Agreements
You sign the framework agreements and the related Risk Disclosure Forms in ink, and you leave the meeting with a copy of everything you signed.
Account Opened
When the application checks are complete, we open your account and send you your account details and the steps for your first login.
Who It Suits
This route is for investors who prefer to go through the documents face to face. Applications from legal entities and applications for Discretionary Portfolio Management also take this route. Corporate applicants are asked for a signature circular (imza sirküleri) and authorization documents as well.
How It Differs from Opening in ne10
The agreements, the questionnaire and your investor rights are identical; the only difference is where you take the steps. In person, you show your ID at the meeting and sign there. In ne10, your identity is verified remotely with an NFC chip check and a video call, and you approve the agreements in the app. Once your account is open, you use ne10 and the Web Branch whichever route you chose.
