Ways to Open an Account

There are two ways to open an account: in ne10, or in person with our sales team. Either way, you approve the same agreements and have the same investor rights.

Open in ne10 in Three Steps

1

Share Your Details

Fill in the short application form and complete the investor appropriateness questionnaire.

2

Verify Your Identity

Scan your ID card with your phone. Your identity is confirmed with an NFC chip check and a video call.

3

Complete Your Application

Approve the agreements in the app. Once you do, your account opens.

Open in Person with Our Sales Team

1

Appointment

Call us or fill in the Call Me Back form. Your representative arranges the meeting place and time with you.

2

Meeting and Documents

We’ll let you know which documents to bring before your meeting. During the meeting, you’ll present your valid ID and complete an investor appropriateness questionnaire with guidance from your Neo Menkul representative.

3

Signing the Agreements

You sign the framework agreements and Risk Disclosure Forms in person, using a handwritten signature. You’ll receive a copy of every document you sign.

4

Account Opened

Once the application checks are complete, we open your account and send your login details.
